The cake itself is a wonder, made with a dough-like structure that's baked and soaked in syrup before being filled with peach-basil goodness. Guichon's expertise shines as he assembles the cake, coating it in white chocolate and a smooth white glaze. But wait, there's more - the real magic happens when Guichon crafts the fan's stand and blades using white chocolate. With edible silver screws and strips that mimic a fan's wired cover, the fan takes shape, complete with a metallic-looking centre made entirely of chocolate!
