What's better than a perfect cup of chai to start your day with, right? For every chai-lover like us, a good cup of tea in the morning sets the tone for the day. In fact, it won't be an exaggeration to say that for many of us, there's hardly anything a good cup of tea can't resolve. While the choice of ingredients to brew chai can be unique to each, we prefer having it the desi way - by adding tea leaves, milk, masalas and sugar. Recently, popular TV actor Delnaaz Irani too shared her perfect morning tea recipe. Loaded with mint leaves and ginger, Delnaaz enjoys sipping a hot cup of 'Parsi Chai' every morning.
Delnaaz Irani - who starred in a number of popular TV serials and movies like 'Son Pari', 'Shararat', 'Kal Ho Na Ho' and more - recently took to her Instagram handle to post a recipe video of her perfect 'Parsi Chai'. 2. Add sugar to it (if you want).
3. Add tea leaves, preferably the masala tea premixes. Stir it well.
4. Now slowly add milk as much as you want and boil it well.
5. Finally, stir it once and strain your tea in a cup.
