There's something so delicious about relishing farm-fresh produce. Hey These fruits and vegetables are not just organically grown but also extremely nutritious. Shilpa Shetty is one such celebrity who is a strong proponent of all things fresh and healthy. During the lockdown period, she had shared glimpses from her own hydroponic kitchen garden which was providing fresh produce. It seems that the actress has inculcated the same health-consciousness in her children as well! In a recent video that Shilpa Shetty shared, we could see her kids express their excitement for fresh Nariyal Pani. Watch the full video here:
"Pyaar real hai. Paani from Naariyal hai," wrote Shilpa Shetty in the caption of the post. In the clip, we could see Samisha and Viaan waiting patiently for fresh coconuts to be cut by a worker. The duo couldn't help but share their excitement about the delicious Nariyal Pani inside it. For the unversed, coconut water is an excellent summer drink that helps replenish the electrolytes in the body and also hydrates you from within. It may also enhance digestion and aid weight loss as per experts.
We would love to see more such organic food tales from Shilpa Shetty's diaries! This is not the only time she has expressed her love for all things home-grown and organic. Earlier this month, the actress was in St. Tropez for a holiday where she got the chance to visit a vineyard and see some freshly grown grapes. "What I love doing best... Exploring! Vineyard visit ... got to learn so much about the viticulture," she wrote in the caption. Take a look:
