When it comes to having a comfort cuisine, South Indian food might be the choice for many of us. The delicious tangy and spicy flavours paired with the uttapams, idlis, dosas and other things are simply divine. And with enough room for experimentation, we can almost add any filling or masalas to our beloved dishes and create a new flavour. Because of this, today, we get to see many fusion recipes that some of us love having! But not every fusion dish can taste good. Sometimes, in the name of 'fusion', we come across something which may leave the masses in splits with its creation. Recently, one such video showing a three-in-one dosa is getting mixed reactions from many people. Some people have shown their dismay with it, while others have said it looks tasty.
In a video uploaded by Instagram food blogger @hungaryblogger, we can see a street vendor making this unique dosa. He begins by spreading the dosa batter on a hot tawa, then he butters it up nicely. After that, he starts adding layers of what seems to be paneer masala, a mix of Indo-Chinese masala and chowmein at the end. He then garnishes it with cheese and spring onions. Lastly, he makes individual cuts on the dosa, rolls it up and serves. Take a look at it here:
Ever since this video was uploaded, it has garnered 894K views, 50K likes and several comments. Many people were not happy with the creation of this fusion dosa. One person wrote, "I am a South Indian, and I know how bad it feels to see these things." Another user wrote, "Leave the damn dosa alone." Others have also shown their displeasure with this dosa by using emojis.
In contrast to this, some people have called it tasty and said they would like to try it.
