You're looking at a 'toast' made with sponge, painted with eye shadow and topped off with syrup i.e. hand soap, sugar i.e. baby powder, and raspberries i.e. rubber bands on the side.
'Bun' made from bath sponge(no, seriously) featuring a 'patty' made from washcloth wrapped coasters, 'cheese' i.e. cloth, lettuce i.e. tissue, onions i.e. zip ties, and corn i.e. beads.
Lightly toasted bread i.e. sponge, 'tomatoes' i.e. Tupperware lid, 'lettuce' which is actually rubber gloves lettuce and 'oozing cheese' which is actually a yellow napkin.
