Ingredients of Adrak ka Achaar - Andhra Style
- 2 cups ginger-finely shredded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp salt to taste
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chilli powder or to taste
- 1 tsp asafoetida powder
