Ingredients of Air Fryer Potato Wedges

  • 2 Medium potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour or Maida
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

How to Make Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Take the boiled potato on a chopping board. Cut it up into rough pieces with the potato skin intact.

Toss them in cornflour and make sure they are well coated on all sides with it. You can also use maida for this step.

Add them carefully to the air fryer tray without breaking. Drizzle olive oil on top.

Cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Check in between and give them a toss to make sure the potato wedges are evenly cooked.
5.
Gently remove them from the tray into a plate. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder on top. You can also add some lemon juice and chaat masala if you like. Serve hot and crisp!
