  • 2 Gram custard apple pulp
  • 1 gram double cream (fat)
  • 30 gms castor sugar
  • 30 gms almonds

How to Make Almond & Custard Apple Rabdi

  • 1.Toast the almonds at 1 degree celsius for 1 minute in the oven.
  • 2.Grind toasted almonds to a coarse powder and chop the remaining.
  • 3.Mix custard apple pulp, double cream, and sugar together, add the ground almonds and mix.
  • 4.Chill in the refrigerator and garnish with chopped almonds before serving.
