  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mashed sitaphal (custard apple) pulp
  • 1/2 cardamom powder

How to Make Seetaphal Rabdi

In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved.

Add the mashed sitaphal pulp and cardamom powder to the pan, and mix well.
