Served with a garnishing of lime and chopped coriander, this is a easy and quick snack to make.

Ingredients of Almond Pearls

  • 60 Gram Toasted almonds
  • 10 Gram Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Corn flakes
  • For cooking Olive oil
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

How to Make Almond Pearls

  • 1.Toast the oats in a dry pan for 2 minutes. Reserve and cool.
  • 2.Heat the oil, add the mustard, cumin, and ajwain seeds. Add the curry leaves. Toss in oats, corn flakes, blueberries.
  • 3.Toast almonds in the same dry pan for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 4.Season with salt and spices.
  • 5.Finish with lemon juice and chopped coriander.
