Ingredients of Almond Pearls

  • 60 Gram Toasted almonds
  • 10 Gram Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Corn flakes
  • For cooking Olive oil
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

How to Make Almond Pearls

Toast the oats in a dry pan for 2 minutes. Reserve and cool.

Heat the oil, add the mustard, cumin, and ajwain seeds. Add the curry leaves. Toss in oats, corn flakes, blueberries.

Toast almonds in the same dry pan for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4.
Season with salt and spices.
5.
Finish with lemon juice and chopped coriander.
