Ingredients of Almond Tulip

  • 150 Gram Egg White
  • 250 Gram Castor Sugar
  • 50 Gram Butter, melted
  • 30 Gram Flour
  • 200 Gram Almonds, chopped

How to Make Almond Tulip

  1. 1.Whip egg whites and caster sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2.Mix flour and chopped almonds.
  3. 3.Fold it in with whipped egg whites mixture.
  4. 4.Pour melted butter in the mixture and keep it side for a while.
  5. 5.Pre-heat the oven to 160°C.
  6. 6.Grease a baking tray and spread the mixture in 5 cm diameter.
  7. 7.Bake it and give desired shape like curl, tube, etc.
