Ingredients of Aloo Ke Chapli Kebab

  • 4-5 Boiled Potatoes (Shredded)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1 medium Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Mint
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  • Oil
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Aloo Ke Chapli Kebab

Firstly, take a large container, add the shredded potatoes. To this, jeera powder, crushed coriander seeds, salt and dried chillies (as per taste). Mix and add amchur powder or chaat masala.

After this, add finely chopped green chillies, chopped onion, coriander, mint leaves and bread crumbs.

Mix everything together and make flat round shapes (similar to tikkis).

Heat oil in a pan and place these kebabs on top of the pan and cook the kebabs until each side turns golden-brown.
5.
Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings on the side.
