- 100 Gram Sweet potato
- 50 Onion
- 50 Tomato
- 10 Chilli
- 5 Coriander
- 2 Tomato sauce
- 2 Mint sauce
- to taste Salt
- 2 Chaat masala
How to Make Aloo Shakarkhand ki Chaat

Boil the sweet potato. Peel and dice it. Coat it with salt, red chilli powder and cornflour.

Separately in bowl, mix chopped onion, tomato, chilli, coriander. Add salt, chaat masala, tomato sauce and mint sauce.

Add deep fried and diced sweet potatoes. Now add these to the above chaat mixture.

Serve with mint and peanut chutney along with spring mix.
