Ingredients of Aloo Shakarkhand ki Chaat

  • 100 Gram Sweet potato
  • 50 Onion
  • 50 Tomato
  • 10 Chilli
  • 5 Coriander
  • 2 Tomato sauce
  • 2 Mint sauce
  • To taste Salt
  • 2 Chaat masala

How to Make Aloo Shakarkhand ki Chaat

  • 1.Boil the sweet potato. Peel and dice it. Coat it with salt, red chilli powder and cornflour. .
  • 2.Separately in bowl, mix chopped onion, tomato, chilli, coriander. Add salt, chaat masala, tomato sauce and mint sauce.
  • 3.Add deep fried and diced sweet potatoes. Now add these to the above chaat mixture.
  • 4.Serve with mint and peanut chutney along with spring mix.
