A sidekick that is sweet and sour in one bite! Made with dry mango powder, jaggery and spices.

Ingredients of Amchoor ki Launji

  • 300 Gram Whole amchoor
  • 200 Gram Jaggery
  • According to taste Salt
  • 3 Gram 3Red chilli powder
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • 3 Gram Coriander powder
  • 2 Gram Kalonji
  • 2 Gram Cumin seeds oil

How to Make Amchoor ki Launji

  • 1.Boil the amchoor in water and leave aside.
  • 2.Heat oil in a handi and add the roasted cumin seeds, kalonji and the rest of the masalas and in the end the amchoor.
  • 3.Crush the jaggery into pieces and add to the mixture. Add a little water.
  • 4.Cook till the jaggery dissolves and the liquid thickens.
