Crisp cookies made with whole wheat flour, the aroma of coffee and the crunch of walnuts.

Ingredients of Atta Walnut Cookies

  • 1 cup wheat flour (atta)
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp coffee powder
  • Walnuts

How to Make Atta Walnut Cookies

  • 1.Beat sugar, butter till light and fluffy.
  • 2.Sieve atta, baking powder, coffee powder and fold into the sugar butter mixture.
  • 3.Make soft dough with milk and roll into little balls.
  • 4.Keep them on a greased baking tray.
  • 5.Flatten the top slightly and place halves of walnuts on top of each.
  • 6.Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • 7.Allow it to cool & the cookies are ready.
