Baby corn and fish cubes coated in a flour based batter and fried crisp. So good, we bet you won't be able to keep your hands off these crisp bites!

Ingredients of Baby Corn Fritters

  • 10-12 baby corn , blanched
  • 200 gms fish (cut into thin fingers)
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • For the batter:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • Club soda
  • Yeast
  • Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

How to Make Baby Corn Fritters

  • 1.Marinate the baby corn and fish cubes with lemon juice, light soy, sweet chili sauce, salt and pepper.
  • 2.Whisk flour, corn flour, yeast, sugar, salt, cumin, ajwain and red chilli powder for a smooth batter.
  • 3.Dredge the fish and baby corn into flour; dip into the batter and fry until crisp.
