How to make Badami Mutton Chops
Classic mutton chops with an almond flavour twist.

Ingredients of Badami Mutton Chops
- Mutton
- 500 gms whisked curd
- 150 gms almonds
- Ghee
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1-2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
- 300 gms round sliced onions.
How to Make Badami Mutton Chops

Wash mutton chops, dry them.

To them add whisked curd, mix well.

Add salt and dry grind almonds.

Leave this mixture to marinate overnight in fridge, then add pepper, ginger/garlic paste, little red chilli powder.

Thinly slice onions. Take a heavy bottomed bowl, add ghee and onions.
6.
When onions start turning pink, add the marinated mutton mixture, mix well and cover the lid properly.
7.
Let it cook in slow fire till all the mixture is left dry.
