Ingredients of Baked Corn With Popcorn Sauce

  • For bake corn sauce:
  • 80 gms butter
  • 50 gms mint chutney
  • 25 gms green chilli paste
  • 20 gms chat masala
  • 1 Whole corn
  • to taste salt
  • For popcorn foam:
  • 50 gms popcorn
  • 40 gms butter
  • 30 gms cream
  • 5 gram salt
  • 1 Lemon

How to Make Baked Corn With Popcorn Sauce

  • 1.Slice the whole corn into big chunky pieces.
  • 2.Mix all the ingredients of the baked corn sauce and apply it on the corn. Add little bread crumb and parmesan cheese on top for crispy and crunchy texture.
  • 3.Now mix all the ingredients of popcorn foam and puree it to a cream paste. Pour it in siphon charge it into 2 charge. (If siphon is not there you can beat the cream with the help of whisker to make it fluffy.)
  • 4.Bake it for 8 minutes at 160 C. Plate it and serve hot.
