Ingredients of Baked Corn With Popcorn Sauce
For bake corn sauce:
80 gms butter
50 gms mint chutney
25 gms green chilli paste
20 gms chat masala
1 Whole corn
to taste salt
For popcorn foam:
50 gms popcorn
40 gms butter
30 gms cream
5 gram salt
How to Make Baked Corn With Popcorn Sauce
1.Slice the whole corn into big chunky pieces.
2.Mix all the ingredients of the baked corn sauce and apply it on the corn. Add little bread crumb and parmesan cheese on top for crispy and crunchy texture.
3.Now mix all the ingredients of popcorn foam and puree it to a cream paste. Pour it in siphon charge it into 2 charge. (If siphon is not there you can beat the cream with the help of whisker to make it fluffy.)
4.Bake it for 8 minutes at 160 C. Plate it and serve hot.
