Ingredients of Baked Corn With Popcorn Sauce
- For bake corn sauce:
- 80 gms butter
- 50 gms mint chutney
- 25 gms green chilli paste
- 20 gms chat masala
- 1 Whole corn
- to taste salt
- For popcorn foam:
- 50 gms popcorn
- 40 gms butter
- 30 gms cream
- 5 gram salt
- 1 Lemon

Slice the whole corn into big chunky pieces.
Mix all the ingredients of the baked corn sauce and apply it on the corn. Add little bread crumb and parmesan cheese on top for crispy and crunchy texture.
Now mix all the ingredients of popcorn foam and puree it to a cream paste. Pour it in siphon charge it into 2 charge. (If siphon is not there you can beat the cream with the help of whisker to make it fluffy.)
Bake it for 8 minutes at 160 C. Plate it and serve hot.
