About Banana and Maple Ice Lollies Recipe: Frozen bananas ground along with greek yogurt, maple syrup and heavy cream. Frozen perfectly in popsicles moulds, these banana and maple ice lollies are a great home made dessert option for kids. Easy and quick these can be perfect India dessert to make for dinner parties this festive season.

Ingredients of Banana and Maple Ice Lollies

  • 4 Nos Banana, medium
  • 200 Gram Greek yogurt
  • 100 Ml Heavy cream (25-35% fat content)
  • 75 Ml Pure maple syrup from Canada
  • 100 Gram Dessicated coconut

How to Make Banana and Maple Ice Lollies

  • 1.Peel the bananas and keep in sealed plastic bag and freeze overnight.
  • 2.Grind the frozen bananas, greek yogurt, maple syrup and blitz together till smooth. Then add the heavy cream and blitz once again.
  • 3.Pour the mix into individual popsicle moulds and freeze.
  • 4.Remove from the popsicle moulds and roll in desicated coconut and serve .
