About Banana Pancakes Recipe: Fluffy pancakes with bananas and a hint of vanilla essence. These banana pancakes are a perfect breakfast option.

Ingredients of Banana Pancakes

  • 125 Gram All-purpose flour or maida
  • 4 tsp White sugar
  • 7 Gram Baking powder
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 230 Ml Milk
  • 25 Ml Vegetable oil
  • 2 Ripe bananas, mashed
  • Vanilla essence

How to Make Banana Pancakes

  • 1.Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • 2.In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.
  • 3.Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
  • 4.Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
  • 5.Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  • 6.Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides.
  • 7.Serve hot with sliced banana slices on top.

Recipe Notes

You can also pour some maple syrup on top as well.
