Ingredients of Banana Pancakes

  • 1 Cup All-purpose flour or maida
  • 4 tsp White sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 25 ml Vegetable oil
  • 1 Banana, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Butter

How to Make Banana Pancakes

Whisk egg in a bowl and add butter, honey and vanilla essence to it. Whisk well.

Add mashed banana to it. Mix well.

Now sift flour and baking powder to the mixture. Mix well to not let any lumps form.

Keep adding milk to the mixture while whisking until a smooth paste.

Now heat a pan and pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
6.
Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides.
7.
Serve hot with sliced banana slices on top.

Recipe Notes

You can also pour some maple syrup on top as well.
