Ingredients of Banana, Tapioca And Coconut Pudding
- 80 gm Tapioca Seed
- 180 ml Coconut Milk
- 10 gm Cream
- 5 gm Lemon Leaf
- 20 gm Milkmaid
- 5 ml Vanilla Syrup
- 1 Banana
- 15 ml Caramel Syrup
- 5 gm Coconut Chips
- 2 Edible Flowers

Soak tapioca seed for 3 hours and keep all the ingredients ready to assemble. Mix tapioca seed in hot coconut milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to low, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat and cook for 2 minutes or until the pudding becomes thick enough.

Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for several hours until cold.

Garnish with coconut chips and edible flower.
