  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Water or Broth
  • Salt and pepper, as per taste

How to Make Basted Eggs

Grease a non-stick pan with butter.

Add some water or broth.

Crack open the eggs into the pan, making sure to leave enough space between the two.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the eggs cook for 2-3 minutes.
