Ingredients of Desi-Style Egg Benjo
- 4 eggs
- 2 pav
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato , finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp jJeeravan masala
- Red and green chutney

Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk well.
To it, add onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli and salt. Whisk well.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry the omelette.
Cut the omelette into half and keep aside.
Now, cut the pav from the centre and toast with some butter.
To it, add green chutney, red chutney and one half of the omelette.
Sprinkle some jeeravan masala on the top, and close it with other half of the pav.
