This one is a star recipe! Baked onions, stuffed with aromatic masala are served with a flavourful curry.
Ingredients of Bhuna Pyaaz
5-6 onions
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp jeera powder
4 tsp dhaniya powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
8 tsp aamchur powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp black salt
4 tsp mustard oil
2 dry red chillies
2 tsp paanch phoren
3-4 garlic cloves
4-5 tomatoes
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

How to Make Bhuna Pyaaz
1.Make 5-6 Incisions in a peeled Onion.
2.Stuff the incisions with a paste made of turmeric powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, kasuri methi powder, black salt, salt and mustard oil.
3.Now, bake these onions at 180℃ for 15 minutes.
4.Heat oil and add dry red chillies, paanch phoren, chopped onions, garlic to a pan.
5.Further add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cardamom powder, water, tomatoes, kasuri methi powder, salt, black pepper and allow it to cook.
6.Once ready pour it between the baked onions and serve
