Ingredients of Pyaaz Pakoda | Onion Pakoda
2 Cups besan
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp red chiilli powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 Green chillies
1 cup coriander leaves
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
6 pieces onion, sliced
2 Green chillies
How to Make Pyaaz Pakoda | Onion Pakoda
1.Take Besan in a bowl, add rice flour, salt, ajwain, ginger, red chilli powder, baking soda and green chilli to it.
2.Mix the ingredients together and add coriander leaves.
3.Now make a batter of these ingredients by adding water and stirring it together. Keep stirring until it turns into a thick batter.
4.Take some oil in a pan, dip onion slices completely into the batter and fry in the pan.
5.Deep fry until they turn crisp and golden brown.
6.Serve hot with green chilli garnishing along with tomato ketchup.
You can make other types of pakodas as an alternative to Pyaaz like Paneer pakoda, Bread pakoda, etc.
