Ingredients of Bread Medu Vada

  • 2 Boiled potatoes
  • 5-6 Bread
  • 1/2 cup Sooji
  • 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Bread Medu Vada

Take a bowl and add mashed potato, chopped pieces of bread, suji, rice flour, yoghurt, jeera, ginger paste, red chilli powder, salt and pepper as per taste.

Combine all these well and form a dough-like consistency.

Now, take small roundels of this dough and give it a shape of vada.
4.
Next, deep fry these vadas till crisp and golden.

Once done, take it out and serve to enjoy!
