Ingredients of Butter Chicken Noodles

  • 1 Cup Boiled noodles
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chicken shredded
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 4 Cashew nuts
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Brown cardamom
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 2 Whole red chillies
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Kasoori methi
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon stick

How to Make Butter Chicken Noodles

Boil tomatoes, onion, garlic, cardamom, black cardamom, whole red chillies, clove, cinnamon stick, cashews and butter in a bowl until tomatoes are soft.

Grind and strain. Now add butter in a pan and pour the strained mixture into the pan. Stir for 10 minutes.

Add salt, sugar, methi and cream. Mix well.

Then add noodles and shredded chicken. Mix properly and serve.
