One of the easiest ways to make your favourite instant noodles tastier is by adding any left-over spicy gravy in it, especially if it is butter chicken.

Ingredients of Butter Chicken Noodles

  • 1 Cup Boiled noodles
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chicken shredded
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 4 Cashew nuts
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Brown cardamom
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 2 Whole red chillies
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Kasoori methi
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon stick

How to Make Butter Chicken Noodles

  • 1.Boil tomatoes, onion, garlic, cardamom, black cardamom, whole red chillies, clove, cinnamon stick, cashews and butter in a bowl until tomatoes are soft.
  • 2.Grind and strain. Now add butter in a pan and pour the strained mixture into the pan. Stir for 10 minutes.
  • 3.Add salt, sugar, methi and cream. Mix well.
  • 4.Then add noodles and shredded chicken. Mix properly and serve.
