Ingredients of Butter Chicken Tikka

  • 1 Cup Butter Chicken Gravy
  • 500 gram Boneless Chicken
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Tandoori Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Cream

How to Make Butter Chicken Tikka

Wash chicken and cut it into small pieces.

Take a large container and add chicken pieces, curd along with all the dry spices. Coat the chicken pieces with marinade properly.

Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. Once done, put it in the skewers and tandoor until tender. If you do not have tandoor then roast the tikkas in the oven.

Now mix the pieces with butter chicken gravy.
5.
Enjoy the aromatic fiery tikkas with a mint and curd chutney and some onion slices.
