  • 200 gm butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100 gm castor sugar
  • 175 gm flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 gm crushed cornflakes
  • 2 Tbsp chopped nuts

How to Make Butter Crunch Biscuits

Cream the butter, essence and sugar together.

Add remaining ingredients.
3.
Place in spoonfuls on greased baking sheets.
4.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degree C for 10-12 minutes.
5.
Cool before removing from the tray.
