- 200 gm butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 100 gm castor sugar
- 175 gm flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large Tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 gm crushed cornflakes
- 2 Tbsp chopped nuts

Cream the butter, essence and sugar together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Place in spoonfuls on greased baking sheets.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degree C for 10-12 minutes.
Cool before removing from the tray.
