A fairly simple recipe, it can be made with just a couple of main ingredients, eggs, potato, cheese and salt. You are welcome to add chopped onions, coriander, Italian seasoning or even Indian dried masalas if you would want to.

Ingredients of Cheesy Anda Omelette

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Medium-sized potatoes
  • 4 Cheese slices
  • Salt according to taste
  • Chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

How to Make Cheesy Anda Omelette

Wash and peel the potatoes, shred them into thin slices. Wash once more and keep aside.

In a bowl, crack the eggs and some salt, coriander, and seasoning. Mix well. Add the shredded potato and mix everything well.

In a pan heat some oil on low flame and spread half the mix. Place the cheese slices and place the remaining half of the mix.

Put the lid and let this coo for 5-6 on one side.

Take off the lid and place a plate on top of the pan, flip the egg on the plate, and put the other side to cook.
6.
Cook both sides for 5-6 minutes and serve hot.

Key Ingredients: Medium-sized potatoes , Cheese slices, Salt according to taste , Chopped Fresh coriander leaves, Italian seasoning (optional)
