Ingredients of Chicken Dabba Gosht
- 500 Gram Boneless Chicken chunks
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Watermelon sugar
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp Bengal gram
- 10-13 Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 cup Onion paste
- 1/2 Curd
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1 bowl bunch Boiled Macaroni
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- for garnishing Coriander Leaves
- for garnishing Chilli flakes for garnishing

In a bowl take the chicken chunks, add ginger garlic paste, and a little salt and mix well. Let this marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
In a blender, add watermelon seeds, poppy seeds, Bengal gram, cashew nuts, green chilies, curd, and blend to a smooth paste.
In a pan heat oil and add the marinated chicken, once the chicken has slightly changed colour, add onion paste and cover and cook for some time.
Now add the mixture and a little water to avoid it from sticking in the bottom.
Keep this chicken mixture in a semi-liquidy form. Add garam masala and a small bowl of boiled macaroni and mix some more.
Transfer this to a glass dish and line it up properly. Top with thin slices and tomato.
Take thin slices of potato and fry them until golden brown. Line this along with the tomatoes.
Whip up the eggs in another bowl and pour it over the chicken preparation. Add warm bubbling ghee on top and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and chili flakes.
Put it in the microwave for 5-8 minutes and serve hot.
