Ingredients of Chicken Laccha Paratha

  • 250 gms Minced chicken
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2-3 Green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

How to Make Chicken Laccha Paratha

Prepare chicken filling. Saute minced chicken in oil till it changes colour. Add onions, ginger-garlic powder and saute.

Add all the seasonings and roast for two minutes. Stir on high flame to dry the mixture. Add coriander leaves.

Divide dough into small roundels. Smear them with some ghee.

Roll each roundel into a roti. Cut thin long stripes with knife.

Collect all the strip together and roll them to make a roundel. Roll with the rolling pin again to make laccha roti.

Make another laccha roti with the same procedure. Now cook the rotis from one side in ghee. Flip one roti and place chicken mixture on it. Cover it with the other roti with the cooked side inside. Press from above and cook on both the sides.
7.
Cut into smaller pieces and serve.
