A fish fillet recipe with a fruity twist to it - this Chilean sea bass is coated with an orange flavoured olive oil dressing and pan-fried until done. Pour orange juice over the fried fish and enjoy!

Ingredients of Chilean Sea Bass

  • 180gm Sea Bass
  • 10gm White Wine Vinegar
  • 10gm Orange Juice
  • 3 Sprigs Parsley
  • 5gm Ground Sweet Paprika
  • 10gm Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper

How to Make Chilean Sea Bass

Mix in a small bowl the orange, olive oil, wine vinegar, orange juice and finely chopped parsley leaves, season with salt and add half of the paprika, stir.

Slice fish fillet into two fillets, season with salt and pepper, brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining paprika. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the fillets for 2 minutes on each side.

Put on plates and pour orange sauce.
