This easy chilli chicken dish is the sort of snack we need in the winters to warm up on a cold evening.
Ingredients of Chilli Chicken Recipe: Succulent chicken pieces coated in a thick spicy batter and fried until crisp are added to a garlic-chilli luscious gravy. Served with noodles or fried rice, the vegetarian alternative of this dish can be made with paneer, mushroom, potato and tofu.

Ingredients of Chilli Chicken
- 400 gms boneless chicken
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
- 4 tsp cornflour
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp red chilli sauce
- 8-10 garlic, chopped
- 8-10 green chillies
- 2 tsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 capsicum, chopped
- 1 tsp black Pepper
- 1 tsp salt

Take the chicken in a bowl, add salt, cornflour, black pepper, egg, soy sauce and red chilli sauce.
Mix it well and keep it for marination for about 20 minutes.
After the marination, take out the chicken pieces and deep fry in a pan.
Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
Now, in another pan put chopped garlic and green chillies. Stir them well.
Add the fried chicken to the pan, followed by soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, onion, capsicum, black pepper and salt.
Mix all of these together.
