How to Make Chociyosa
1.Add wheat flour, salt, ghee and water in a bowl.
2.Keep on mixing them until it becomes a dough.
3.Make small dough balls of 60 gms.
4.Use a dough sheeter to make semi-circles of the dough.
1.Add 100 gms chocolate cake and 100 ml chocolate syrup in a bowl.
2.Mix them well to soften the cake and blending the chocolate flavour.
3.Once the filling is ready, make semi-circles of the dough and then add the filling, fold the same into a triangular pocket.
4.Fry the samosas in olive oil.
5.Divide the samosa in half and add cream on top of it.
6.Add chocolate sauce on top and chociyosa is ready.
