Ingredients of Chociyosa

  • For dough:
  • wheat flour
  • ghee
  • water
  • For filling:
  • chocolate cake
  • chocolate syrup

How to Make Chociyosa

  • Prepare dough:
  • 1.Add wheat flour, salt, ghee and water in a bowl.
  • 2.Keep on mixing them until it becomes a dough.
  • 3.Make small dough balls of 60 gms.
  • 4.Use a dough sheeter to make semi-circles of the dough.
  • Prepare filling:
  • 1.Add 100 gms chocolate cake and 100 ml chocolate syrup in a bowl.
  • 2.Mix them well to soften the cake and blending the chocolate flavour.
  • 3.Once the filling is ready, make semi-circles of the dough and then add the filling, fold the same into a triangular pocket.
  • 4.Fry the samosas in olive oil.
  • 5.Divide the samosa in half and add cream on top of it.
  • 6.Add chocolate sauce on top and chociyosa is ready.
