- 100 Gram Butter
 - 20 gram Sugar
 - 4 Eggs
 - 60 gram Almond Powder
 - 100 gram Dark Chocolate (70% Callebeaut)
 - For Soup:
 - 100 gram Dark Chocolate
 - 100 gram Cream
 - 10 gram Cardamom
 
How to Make Chocolate Soup For The Soul

First, add egg and sugar in a bowl and whisk properly. In a pan, add melted butter and chocolate together. Mix it well.

Next, add chocolate and butter into the egg-sugar mixture. Add almond powder. Once the mix is ready, pour this mixture into a silicone mould. Place this mould into the oven and bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes

For soup:
Boil the cream with cardamom and add dark chocolate to it. Cover it and leave it for 4 hours. Once done, warm it again and strain. Lastly, warm your soup and cake and plate it with your choice of ice cream and serve immediately! One can plate as desired.
