Ingredients of Corn and Mushroom Tostada

  • 1 corn tortilla sheet
  • 50 gram mixed button and shiitake mushrooms
  • 5 gram thyme
  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 20 gram corn
  • 10 gram green chili
  • 10 gram coriander
  • 10 gram onion
  • 5 gram garlic
  • 20 gram avocado
  • 1 portion cheese dip
  • for garnishing sour cream and salsa

How to Make Corn and Mushroom Tostada

Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil.

Add onion, thyme, green chili, coriander and mix together. Add salt to taste.

Roll and fry a tortilla sheet into a bowl like shape.

Put the above filling in this cup. Garnish with tomato salsa, avocado slices and sour cream.
5.
Serve with a side of cheese dip.
