Ingredients of Cranberry Wellness Bowl
- For salad:
- 1 cup Rocket leaves
- 1/3 cup Lollo rosso leaves
- 1 cup Corn kernels
- 1 cup Lettuce leaves
- 1/3 cup Spring onions
- 1/2 cup Sprouted chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Cranberries
- 1 medium Sweet potatoes (cooked)
- 1 cup Carrots, grated
- 1/3 cup Feta cheese
- to taste Salt
- A pinch of Cumin-fennel powder (optional), roasted
- For dressing:
- 1/2 cup Cranberries
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1/3 cup Spring onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- For garnishing:
- to taste Pepper
- Few Cranberries

Toss all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl.

Take all the ingredients of the dressing and blend.

Toss the salad with the dressing.
