Start by filling a glass (preferably highball) with ice cubes. This will help keep your drink cool and refreshing.
2.
Pour 60 ml of Gin over the ice in the glass. You can adjust the amount of Gin to your personal preference for the strength of the drink.
3.
Add 15 ml of fresh lemon juice to the glass. This will give your Gin and Tonic a bright, citrusy flavour. Next, add cucumber peel or chunks.
4.
Slowly pour 150 ml of Tonic Water into the glass. You can adjust the amount to your taste – more tonic for a lighter drink, less tonic for a stronger one.
5.
Stir the contents of the glass gently with a stirring rod or a long spoon. This will help mix the ingredients and chill the drink.
6.
To garnish your drink, place a slice of lemon and a slice of cucumber on the rim of the glass or float them on top of the drink.
7.
Your Gin and Tonic is now ready to enjoy! Sip and savour the refreshing combination of gin, tonic, and citrus flavours.
