How to Make Curried Hummus with Avocado Rolls
1.Blend boiled chickpeas along with garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, & curry powder.
2.Knead a dough of wheat flour, salt, jeera & dry methi leaves & make dough balls.
3.Roll dough balls gently & cook with desi ghee.
4.Spread hummus on rotis & add chopped red cabbage, cucumber, onion, tomatoes & avocado dressed with salt, pepper powder, lemon juice & olive oil.
5.Serve it with some hummus drizzled with olive oil & a pinch of red chilli powder
