A decadent treat for your kids and loved ones. Easy to make, this banoffee pie is soaked in caramel sauce, accompanied with the flavor of banana.

Ingredients of Deconstructed Banoffee pie

  • 100 gms digestive biscuit
  • 30 gms melted butter
  • 60 gms chocolate sauce
  • 60 gms caramel sauce
  • 15 gms coffee powder
  • 200 gms whipping cream
  • 2 banana
  • 45 gms grated chocolate

How to Make Deconstructed Banoffee pie

  • 1.Crush biscuits in a food processor. Add melted butter, mix well and keep aside.
  • 2.Beat the cream till soft peaks are formed, then add caramel sauce, continue beating.
  • 3.Once the caramel sauce is incorporated well, add chocolate sauce and coffee powder which is dispersed in 1tbsp water
  • 4.Slice the banana and start to layer the dessert. Since is a deconstructed dessert, we will use individual glasses to layer the dessert.
  • 5.Start with the biscuit mix.
  • 6.Fill 1/4 of the glass with biscuit mix followed by the cream mix.
  • 7.Fill the glass enough, leaving some place for few pieces of sliced banana
  • 8.Top the glass with some grated chocolate.
  • 9.The deconstructed banoffee is ready to be served
