Ingredients of Deconstructed Banoffee pie
- 100 gms digestive biscuit
- 30 gms melted butter
- 60 gms chocolate sauce
- 60 gms caramel sauce
- 15 gms coffee powder
- 200 gms whipping cream
- 2 banana
- 45 gms grated chocolate
How to Make Deconstructed Banoffee pie

Crush biscuits in a food processor. Add melted butter, mix well and keep aside.

Beat the cream till soft peaks are formed, then add caramel sauce, continue beating.

Once the caramel sauce is incorporated well, add chocolate sauce and coffee powder which is dispersed in 1tbsp water

Slice the banana and start to layer the dessert. Since is a deconstructed dessert, we will use individual glasses to layer the dessert.

Start with the biscuit mix.

Fill 1/4 of the glass with biscuit mix followed by the cream mix.

Fill the glass enough, leaving some place for few pieces of sliced banana
8.
Top the glass with some grated chocolate.

The deconstructed banoffee is ready to be served
