Ingredients of Doodhi ka Halwa

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1/2 kg doodhi
  • 3 tbsp jaggery
  • 100 ml soy milk
  • 25 gram almonds, chopped
  • 25 gram pistachios, chopped

How to Make Doodhi ka Halwa

In a kadai, steer margarine, butter and dhoodi together.

Steer them and reduce them.
3.
Add jaggery into this mix.
4.
In a sauce pan, boil soy milk and chopped almonds together.
5.
Add the milk mix into the kadai.
6.
Mix all ingredients well.
7.
Garnish it with chopped pistachio.
8.
Serve hot.
