This egg manchurian recipe is altogether exceptional as it is prepared with boiled eggs along with some sauteed veggies including onion, bell pepper and mixture of sauces to complement the taste of the eggs and give you the exact restaurant style dish.

Ingredients of Egg Manchurian

  • For batter
  • 4 Tbsp Maida
  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper
  • 5 Eggs
  • For Manchurian
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped green chillies
  • 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli sauce/ schezwan
  • To garnish Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • To taste Salt and pepper

How to Make Egg Manchurian

For batter

1.
Take a large container and add maida, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper. Now, add some water and make a thick paste.

Cut the eggs into 4 piece each and dip them into the mixture. Keep it aside.

For Manchurian

1.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated eggs until golden brown and crisp.

Heat another wok or take out the excessive oil from this wok and add ginger garlic paste, bell pepper, onion, green chillies aong with salt and pepper. Stir fry for 5 minutes.

Add all the sauces in the veggies and mix well.

Now egg deep fried eggs and mix them well with the mixture. Cover for 5-10 minutes

Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy!
