McDonald's sells the worst burger in India. They can guarantee depreciating quality with a regular consistency over a period of time. Every experience of mine has been worser than the last.

People are becoming very health conscious and McDonalds cannot survive for long with their junk food offerings. They must change the menu. In this connected world, everyone are well informed about bad effects of Burgers. McD trie too hard to promote junk as healthy and tasty. Last time (unfortunately) i was at the McD counter, the cashier was wearing tshirt which says something like "Having very difficult job of handing over pirilious fries..". McD, you can do better than that!

McD has always worked on the Ford principle. Standardize and make huge profits on standard products, which kept inventory cost low. With competition now from fast food restaurants like Chipotle where you can design your own burrito, people are moving on. Those who aren't are people who are on low-income or just McD loyalists, who McD might pi$$ off if they change or increase prices.
