Ingredients of Gajar Ka Achaar
- 250 gms carrots
- 3 tbsp powdered mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1/2 cup mustard oil
How to Make Gajar Ka Achaar
- 1.Peel the carrots, and cut them into 7cm/3" pieces, not too thin (about finger size, you can say).
- 2.Mix all ingredients together, and put the mixture into a clean jar with a tight lid.
- 3.Leave in the sun for about a week and shake the bottle once a day to mix well.
