Ingredients of Ghugni

  • 2 Cups white peas, soaked
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Ghugni

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger and garlic. Saute.

When onions get golden brown, add tomatoes, peas, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, water and salt. Cook till they are done.
3.
Garnish with onions and coriander.
