Ingredients of Healthy Paneer Pizza

  • 2 Wheat Flour Base
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 200 gms Paneer
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom
  • 7-8 Olives
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • For Pizza Sauce:
  • 2 cups Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 7-8 Basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano and red chilli flakes to taste

How to Make Healthy Paneer Pizza

Make pizza sauce by cooking tomato puree with all the spices and basil in olive oil.

Spread the sauce on pizza base.

Top it with onions, tomatoes, capsicum, mushrooms and olives.

Grate and splay paneer on top of it.
