Ingredients of Home-Style Dry Chilli Paneer
- 1 Cup paneer, cubed
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 capsicum, diced
- 2-3 green chillies, largely chopped
- 2 tsp garlic , chopped
- 1 tsp ginger , finely chopped
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1-2 tsp tomato sauce (adjust according to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- Refined oil
- 1 tsp spring onion, to garnish

Heat some oil in a wok and lightly toss the paneer. Keep aside.
Add some more oil and add ginger and garlic.
Toss for a while and add onion.
On high flame, toss the onion until translucent in colour.
Add capsicum and green chilli and toss for a minute, with some salt.
Now, add the sauces and mix well. Keep it on high flame.
Add salt, pepper and sugar as per your taste and stir well until you get a semi-dry consistency.
Add the paneer cubes, some vinegar and give a final mix.
Switch off the flame and sprinkle some spring onion.
