Ingredients of Idli Mille FeuiIle
- 300 gms Idli Batter
- 100 gram Beetroot
- 100 gram Carrot
- 50 gram Corn
- 100 gram Broccoli
- to taste Salt
How to Make Idli Mille FeuiIle

Line up a cake tin with oil spray.

Now add salt to the idli batter and ensure that the batter is at room temperature

Start by pouring a little batter at the bottom. Then place thinly sliced blanched beetroot slices on it.

Pour some more batter on top. Then place the thinly sliced blanched carrot slices on it.

Again pour some more batter to create the space between 2 layers.

Same process to be done with broccoli blanched slices
On top of the layered batter, randomly scatter blanched sweet corn kernels.

Steam for 20 minutes in UNOX CHEFTOP COMBI OVEN
Take it out and cool it till it till the steam comes out of the Idli Mille feuille.
8.
Slice and serve with Chutney of your choice.
