Ingredients of Immunity Booster Juice

  • 300 gms beetroot
  • 300 gms carrot
  • 100 gms apple
  • 1/2 tsp lemon
  • Ice cubes (for chilled and cold servings)
  • salt (optional, according to taste)

How to Make Immunity Booster Juice

Cut the beetroot, carrot and apple, and squeeze out the juice in a juicer.

Blend it well and strain it to remove all the fibres.

Add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste.

Mix it and serve.

Key Ingredients: beetroot, carrot, apple, lemon, Ice cubes (for chilled and cold servings), salt (optional, according to taste)

Recipe Notes

Do not add ice cubes in case you are not well. In that case, serve at room temperature.
